We have a simple but very effective policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with any product or service we offer then you will receive a FULL refund. If you need any advice on a product or service you have purchased contact us using one of the many available forms of contact and we will be more than happy to advise and assist you.

We are are a small, newly founded company who do not spend loads of money advertising our services, instead nearly all of our customers come from recommendations and word of mouth, so as you can imagine, customer satisfaction is crucial to our successful reputation.

We offer a very personal service and will always reply to every single email individually. No query is too big or small so fell free to contact us. We are happy to help.
